Just some weeks after Shatta Wale survived a death prophecy from Ghanaian pastors, they have now turned to focus on the Ghanaian rapper and entrepreneur, Michael Owusu Addo popularly known as Sarkodie, his stage name.

Prophet Reindolph Oduro Gyebi who is the founder and general overseer of God’s Crown Chapel says the rapper and founder of Sarkcess Music will soon leave music to take on to the pulpit and preach the word of God.

In an interview on Peace FM’s ‘Peace Entertainment Review’ show, the Eagle Prophet, as he is popularly called said “Sarkodie is poised for greatness according to what God has shown me…he will be great by becoming a man of God.” He also added that Sarkodie himself is aware of the call from the Lord.

Prophet Reindolph Oduro Gyebi aka Eagle Prophet during his end of year prophecies on December 31, 2018 said Sarkodie will be a great personality in Ghana one day. In an interview with Hitz FM, the Can’t let you go rapper says he will accept the prophecy because he receives everything positive that comes into his life.

Ghanaian pastors and prophets have been noted for prophesying about stars and public figures. Muslim youths stormed a church in Ghana after a pastor prophesied the death of a chief Imam in 2019. In his December 31, 2019 sermon, Rev Owusu-Bempah made 18 prophecies for 2019 of which one was the death of Ghana’s Vice-President Muhamudu Bawumia, a Muslim or Imam Sharabutu.

This brought outrage amongst the Muslim community who asked the pastor to apologize and his church was vandalized. Last week, Rev Owusu visited the Chief Imam apologized.

Ghanaians and fans of Sarkodie are patiently waiting if he will also accept this latest prophecy from the Eagle Prophet.
