WIZ KIDS BIOGRAPHY.
In one of our articles, we wrote extensively about “Davido: Lifestyle, Music and his involvement in The Illuminati”. We also made mention the fact that Davido built his name on the default template of Afrobeat designed by Fela Anikulapo Kuti. Wiz kid is also among the list of Nigerian artists who have benefited in so many ways from the genus of Fela Anikulapo Kuti.
Wiz Kid is one of Nigeria’s foremost and most successful artists and equally on the continental level.
Once you mention the name Wiz Kid, it immediately rings a bell in the subconscious mind of nearly everybody in Africa, but if you resort to ‘Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun’, only a handful of people will know who you are referring to.
Well, Wiz kid whose real name is; Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, had a safe passage into this world on the 16th of July, 1990 into a polygamous home in Surulere Lagos.

Wiz Kid started his musical career at a very young age, going by the stage name Lil Prinz, by 11 he had released his first album produced by one of Nigeria’s foremost producers at the time, OJB Jezreel. Wiz Kid ‘s Awards
It’s worth noting that at his young age, he has bagged some Grand achievements already which include:

Wiz Kid ‘s Record Label
Wiz kid is equally Founder of the Record label Star Boy Entertainment, which has some prominent artists like R2bees (Mugeez, Omar Sterling) , Mr Eazi , Efya , Willybang (Silly) and Terri the “Soco” crooner.
Wiz Kid ‘s Confraternity
A confraternity, simply put, is a brotherhood. There are many confraternities in Nigerian. Some of these cults or brotherhoods include:
- Pyrate Confraternity – Ahoi-Seadog
- Eiye Confraternity – Haba-Krier
- Buccaneers Association of Nigeria (BAN) – Alora Sealords
- Supreme Vikings Confraternity (SVC) – Aro-Mates
- Black Axe Confraternity – Aye-Axemen
- Mafia Confraternity – Dedy na debt
These cults are known to position their members in high places in politics, economy, entertainment industry and even religion. Top Nigerian musicians like Davido, Olamide, Phyno, 2Face, Timaya, and Wiz Kid have been rumoured to be involved in one or two of the above cults.
It’s very obvious Davido is an active member of the Black Axe Confraternity as he proudly flaunts their signs and colours in his video and real life. As for Wiz Kid, it’s very confusing to decipher the cult to which he belongs. When I was writing this article, I did lots of research and some blogs said, he belongs to the Vikings and other said he’s a bird (Eiye Confraternity – Haba-Krier).
I tagged my Friend Rene Immortal Matik on Facebook. Rene happens to have lived in Nigeria and somehow, he is knowledgeable about confraternities in Nigeria. I learned about the colours of various cults in Nigeria from him, but we couldn’t agree on the cult Wizkid belongs to.
Rene was of the opinion that Wizkid is in the same cult as Davido, but the info I found on Eiye Confraternity’s Facebook Page says otherwise:
They captioned the above picture in pidgin English! Translated as below:
Wiz Kid is not a noise maker, he knows who he is unlike one Idiot who flaunts the 7 symbolism all the time.
7 is a great symbol of the black axe confraternity. It looks like an Axe. Birds (Eiye Confraternity) do fly, that’s why Wiz Kid was asked to fly Safely. The Mugu or idiot they were referring to is Davido.
So the million dollar question worth asking is, “Is Wizkid a Viking or an Eiye Confraternity Member?”
